Tammy grew up on a farm in Kokomo, Indiana, where she learned the values of hard work, competitiveness, and goal-setting through showing cattle in 4-H and participating in the Howard County Fair, as well as the International Fair in Chicago. Her late father Gerald Sullivan was her biggest cheerleader and always quoted “If you pray and ask God, and work hard, he will bless your life”. These early experiences shaped her into who she is today.

After high school, Tammy pursued a degree in Interior design. In 1988, she met the love of her life, John Radez, and they have been happily married ever since. Together, they share their home with two beloved dogs, Bunny and Buddy.

Tammy’s passion for holiday design began in her youth, decorating her family farm house with festive cheer. This early love for creating joyful, holiday-inspired spaces has remained a central theme in her work.

For the past 37 years, Tammy has channeled her enthusiasm into Fine Line Designs, a company she founded specializing in holiday and interior design, as well as staging for builders and residential homes. Fine Line Designs offers a wide range of services, from traditional to contemporary décor, residential properties, corporate environments, commercial spaces, and event venues. They Also specialize in purchasing corporate gifts that are professionally wrapped with their custom bows. That will be sure to impress!
